Pankaj Tripathi moved to Delhi in 1999 and enrolled in the National School of Drama (NSD) to improve his acting skills; he graduated from NSD in 2004 and married Mridula on January 15, this year. Pankaj had increased responsibilities after marriage, so he had to pursue his career soon.
With this in mind, in October 2004, Pankaj Tripathi shifted to Mumbai with his wife, where he started looking for work in the field of acting. Even after trying a lot for the first few months, he did not get work, but Pankaj continued to give his auditions by relying on his ability and after a few months of struggle, he got small roles in TV shows and movies but started getting work.
