Plot:
Ex-Marine Jack Reacher(Alan Ritchson) just got outside the town of Margrave, Georgia. And got arrested by the cops suspected of a brutal murder the night before. He finds dirty cops, shady business man and scheming politicians behind this.He quickly gets a strong case for his innocence but finds himself with the local PD, including city detective Finlay (Malcolm Goodwin) and deputy Roscoe (Willa Fitzgerald). These three attempt to work together who really killed that man.
Review:
The idea of a streaming series based on the Jack Reacher novels by Lee Child sounds like it has no-brainer, and tempting to wonder what it took to remember the ill-fated attempt that turned the novels into a movie, Even those who had never read the books probably recall the casting controversy that when Tom Cruise was announced as the Reacher. The character in the books is a 6-foot-5, kind of hulk man. Tom Cruise definitely not. Neither critics nor audiences were overly impressed, and that would be much cratered after the thoroughly mediocre second installment, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. The uninitiated size of the actor may seem like a minor concern. But Reacher is a stripped-down, elemental character, taking away his akin to replacing Reacher’s persona. The novels he appears in are made of original sturdy but familiar building blocks. The Reacher books are purchased because you know what you’re getting and are unlikely to be disappointed when you arrive at your final destination.
