That Holiday season – again – fast approaching. Parents, grandparents, siblings and even godparents are already browsing gift shops and toy stores in search of the perfect girl for their little one. This task is quite cumbersome, especially when looking for items that the children haven’t gotten yet. If only Santa really existed, gift giving would never have been placed on the shoulders of adults. Luckily, a recreational game called Airsoft has been making waves among kids. And the airsoft gun maker understands this and has released mini adult sized versions of airsoft guns to cater to the ever so eager kids.
Here are some miniguns to choose from. All of them are designed and manufactured to be childproof and pack enough firepower to poke holes in a piece of paper or make an empty soda can tremble in fear. All of them have a functional safety button to avoid accidental triggering and cost around $15 to $20 from different websites.
HFC G36 Mini Electric Airsoft Gun – Based on the G3 Airsoft Guns, this gun is manufactured by HFC (Ho Feng Corp.) and is capable of firing 12g BB pellets at a muzzle velocity of 150fps and a range of 15-40ft. This is all plastic and modeled after the Heckler & Koch G36 design, popular for its superior firepower.
UHC MP5 A5 Mini Electric Airsoft Gun – this weapon is usually used by law enforcement agencies, especially SWAT. This Airsoft MP5 version, like the Mini G36, fires 12g BBs from its 3.5″ barrel at 150 fps. The storage magazine can hold 100 rounds, giving kids more time to shoot.
UHC UZI Mini Electric Airsoft Gun – this Airsoft Uzi includes the foldable stock seen from the real Israeli submachine gun. It uses a hop-up system for longer BB hang time, and while it holds relatively fewer rounds, it’s easier to reload than any other mini airsoft pistol.
