“It is resolved to grant the companies a period of five (05) business days, in accordance with the provisions of article 105.1 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2020-IN of March 14, 2020, so that, in advance, they present the discharges that it considers necessary, presenting evidence, indications or some element of conviction that allow the clarification of the facts” reads the resolution.
