Public relations webdesk. Spinach is one such vegetable, which is considered to be very beneficial for health. Usually people like to make pakoras, parathas or vegetables etc. But Spinach Kebab looks very tasty too. Especially, when you have guests at your house and you want to serve them a different dish, you can make delicious kebabs from spinach. So today in this article we are telling you about the easy method of making Spinach Kebab-

Ingredients-

2 cups of spinach

A quarter cup of coriander leaves

Half a cup of mint

A quarter cup of beans

A quarter cup of peas

A small capsicum

One cup of grated cheese

Four to five boiled potatoes

Ginger-green chili paste

Chilli powder

Coriander cumin powder

garam masala

Chaat Masala

Two tablespoons of cornstarch

Some cashews

salty

Bread crumbs or breadcrumbs

Procedure-

To make Palak Kebab, you first need to blanch the spinach. For this, boil some water in a pot. Now add spinach to it and blanch for about two minutes. Now take out the spinach and squeeze it lightly with a spoon to drain the excess water. Now let the spinach cool down and squeeze out the excess water. Now take a mixer jar and grind spinach, mint, coriander, peas, capsicum and peas to a fine paste.

Now take out this paste in a bowl and add boiled potatoes to it. Now add paneer, cornstarch, one cup of breadcrumbs, ginger-green chili paste, red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt and mix well.

Now rub some oil on your hands and take some of the mixture and roll it into a tikki shape. However, if you want, you can resize it to your liking. Also, don’t make it too big. Similarly make kebabs with all the mixture.

Now put breadcrumbs on a plate and coat all the kebabs and put cashew nuts on each kebab. Then heat a pan with oil. When the oil is hot, fry the kebabs one by one in the pan on low heat. So that the kebabs are fried well on the inside and crispy on the outside. Now take it out on a tissue paper.

Your green kebabs are ready. Serve with sauce and green chutney.

Its makers say that its taste is so good that once a consumer will always love to make and eat these kebabs as a snack.
