Public relations webdesk. Punjabi Aloo Paratha Recipe in Hindi: Just hearing the name of Punjabi food makes the mouth water. Packed with spicy and spicy flavors, Punjabi food is not only good to look at, but also delicious to eat. If we talk about Punjabi breakfast, the name of paratha comes first, among which potato paratha is the most famous. In such a situation, if you want to start your day with Punjabi Aloo Paratha, try this recipe.

Ingredients for Aloo Paratha-

For Staffing-

-3-4 potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)

1 large onion chopped

– 2 green chillies chopped

– Chop a few coriander leaves

– Salty

– 1 teaspoon red chili powder

-1 teaspoon amchur powder/ pineapple powder

Fennel 1 teaspoon

– Half teaspoon asafoetida

– Half a cup of oil

– Half a bowl of ghee (for baking the parathas)

To make the dough-

-1 mug wheat flour

– 2 teaspoons of ghee

– Half a teaspoon of salt

– Water as needed

How to make potato paratha-

To make aloo paratha first mix potatoes, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves with all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Now take a big bowl to make the dough. Mix flour, salt, ghee in it and slowly add water to make semi soft dough. Keep it for 10-15 minutes. Now take a small ball of dough and roll it completely. Fill it well with stuffing and close it. Roll the parathas using dry flour. Fry in a pan with ghee or oil on both sides. Serve with yogurt.
