– Two tablespoons (mixed in half a cup of milk) corn flour
– 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

To make velvety koftas, first knead the khoya well, so that there are no lumps. Mix flour and soda in it and beat it. Now shape them into small balls, which look clean and flat. Now heat ghee in a pan, and fry the bread pieces on low flame till they turn light brown. After that put the balls in the pan. Be careful not to let the balls stick together. Fry the balls till they turn brown. Before adding the second ball, raise the heat for a few minutes and then turn it down, only then put the other balls in the pan.
