Then heat oil in a pan, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ground ginger, a pinch of asafoetida and finely chopped green chillies. Mix well and then add plenty of water to it. After it boils, add salt and fried semolina. Keep mixing well until the semolina absorbs the water well and starts to collect. When done, take it out of the container and let it cool for a while.
When it is slightly hot, take it in a single layer and then mash it well. Must be lightly softened. Once done, grease your hands and make small balls. Once all the balls are made, you can deep fry or steam them. We are following the procedure to create after steaming. Steam the balls for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now make a tempering, heat oil for this and add besan dal, cumin, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder and curry leaves. Now add the steamed balls.
