Add butter to a pan to make the gravy. And after heating add tomato puree to it and let it cook for 2 to 4 minutes. Then add salt, dal makhani masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder as per taste. Fry well and then add some fresh cream. cook well
Make the lentils
Now add lentils to this gravy. For this, squeeze the dal with a little spoon. This makes the texture of the dal a little thicker. Then add this dal to the gravy and mix well. After boiling add the butter and then dress with a little cream. Prepare dal makhani, serve with rice or naan.
