Public relations webdesk. Navratri Vrat Recipe 2022: During the Navratri fast, the fasting person does not feel weak throughout the day, so some special recipes are made in fruit food. These recipes also include pakoras made with buckwheat flour. By eating buckwheat, you will feel energy in yourself. Buckwheat flour is low in calories and contains no saturated fat. This is why it is considered a good option for diabetics. If you also like to eat buckwheat during Navratra, make buckwheat flour dumplings.

Ingredients for making Kuttu Pakora-

– 200 grams of potatoes

– 200 grams of buckwheat flour

– 1 teaspoon of black pepper

– 1 teaspoon green coriander leaves

Three to four finely chopped green chillies

– Oil for frying pakoras

– Rock salt to taste

How to make Kuttu Pakora-

To make buckwheat pakoras, first take out the buckwheat flour in a bowl and beat it well to prepare the batter for the pakoras. Now add black pepper, rock salt, green chillies and green coriander to this solution and keep aside for 10 minutes. By doing this, the bamboo flour batter will rise and be ready. After peeling the boiled potatoes, wash them well and cut them into thin slices.

After that, heat ghee or oil in a pan and wrap the cut potatoes in bamboo flour batter and keep it in the pan. Fry the pakoras till they turn brown. Spread the napkin paper on the plate and take out the fried dumplings. Your flour dough is ready for pakoras. You can serve these pakoras with yogurt or green chutney with coriander and rock salt.
