Apart from this, the main part of hair and nails is protein, so with aging, hair and nails become weak due to lack of protein. Proteins make many hormones and enzymes in our body, which are necessary for various functions of the body. Protein is as important to our bodies as sunlight is to plants and water to crops. Protein deficiency is the cause of many diseases.

Food rich in protein: Many diseases are caused by lack of protein, to eliminate the lack of protein we should eat food that can provide enough protein to our body.

Soybeans are also rich in nutrients, containing very good amounts of protein. A cup of soaked soybeans should be eaten daily to compensate for protein deficiency, but fat is also found in significant amounts, so remember to avoid soybeans if you are overweight.

Pasteurized milk

Skim milk is also a good source of protein, containing a good amount of protein. Milk and all milk products provide protein, but skimmed milk has more protein than regular milk. Daily consumption of skimmed milk strengthens muscles and bones and provides energy.

Greek yogurt

Greek yogurt is a form of yogurt that has twice the protein content of regular yogurt. It is very beneficial for the body, it gives energy and fills the lack of protein in the body.
