1 cup yogurt

2 capsicums
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup peas
Grate 1 carrot
1/2 teaspoon mustard
8 leaves curry leaves

Finely chop all the vegetables and keep them aside.

Place semolina in a large bowl, add curd and make a batter by adding water and add salt, then keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

Then heat oil in a pan and add mustard and curry leaves, splutter them. Then add to the mixture and add the fruitsalt a minute before cooking.
