300 g boneless chicken
1/2 cup fresh cream
Salt as required
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 handful of green coriander
1/2 cup suspended yogurt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger paste
10 cashew nuts
How to make Chicken Malai Kebab-
To prepare this simple recipe, first wash the chicken pieces. Drain excess water and dry. Soak the almonds overnight or for several hours. Next, take a blender and add yogurt, fresh cream, lemon juice, black pepper, ginger and garlic paste, soaked almonds, cashew nuts and salt to taste. Make a smooth paste without lumps and marinate the chicken pieces well. Allow the marinated chicken to cool for a few hours. Once the chicken is well marinated, preheat the oven to 280 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, place the kebabs in a greased bowl and grill the kebabs in the oven for 20 minutes. After sometime, flip and cook on slow speed for 5-10 minutes so that it is cooked properly. Turn off the oven and place the kebabs on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and any chutney of your choice.
