Curry leaves – 4-5
Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
Whole Red Chilli – 1
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves for garnish
How to make Roti Poha
Put the pan on gas, put oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, stir in whole red chillies, curry leaves, green chillies. Chop onion and add it. Now add green peas and let it cook for a while. When peas are lightly cooked, add peanuts. Remember, lightly roast the peanuts in a pan beforehand and remove the skin. Now add bread to it and stir well. Add turmeric, salt, hing powder. If you want you can add the bread without adding the green chillies to the oil first. Now sprinkle some water and add lemon juice. Turn off the gas and remove to a plate. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves on top. Delicious Roti Poha is ready to eat for breakfast.
