How to make Chowmein-
To make Chowmein, first place water, salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in a pot on medium heat and bring Chowmein to boil. Meanwhile, on the other side, heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add garlic and fry lightly. Now cook with onion, carrot and capsicum on low flame. Once the onions are fried, add soy sauce, green chili sauce and tomato ketchup. Now add black pepper powder, sugar and salt and cook for 2 minutes. Separate the chowmein from the water and add to the spices, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. After the prescribed time turn off the gas and take out the chowmeen on a plate and serve.
