1. Stomach gas
Cauliflower contains a substance called raffinose. It is a type of carbohydrate that our body cannot break down naturally and it reaches the large intestine through the small intestine, which causes gas problems in the stomach.
2. Thyroid problems
Consumption of cauliflower can prove harmful for those suffering from thyroid problems as it increases the secretion of T3 and T4 hormones which is not good at all for these patients.
3. Blood will thicken
Cauliflower is considered a rich source of potassium, so those who consume more of it, their blood gradually thickens. Many people who have had a heart attack take blood thinners, so eating cauliflower can be dangerous for them.
