Apart from the stomach, this burning sensation can also occur in the chest and throat. As acidity problem increases, you may experience sour belching, flatulence and dry cough etc. In such a situation if you want to avoid the problem of acidity, then you need to make some changes in your daily routine. Let us tell here how you can get rid of the problem of acidity?

Follow these steps to get rid of acidity-

Don’t sit and work all day

If you work in an office all day, then you may have acidity problem. On the other hand, if you are also suffering from acidity problem, you should walk for at least 5 to 10 minutes every hour. Also avoid sitting immediately after eating. Take a short walk after eating.

Eat only healthy fats

You should not include chilies and highly fried foods in your shelled food. Therefore, include healthy fats in your diet. Also, you should consume omega 3 fatty acids. Also eat only home cooked food.

Keep 60 percent fiber on the plate-

If you often have problems with acidity, keep 60 percent fresh fruits and vegetables in your plate, include fruits in the diet that have high water content such as melons, watermelons, you can also add dry fruits to your plate. .

Walk after eating

Walk after eating. If you often complain of acidity, indigestion and constipation, you should walk for at least 20 minutes after eating.
