Moth dal- 1 cup
Potato (boiled and chopped) – 1/2 cup
Cucumber (cut into cubes) – 1/2 cup
Tomato (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Chilli – 1
Chopped Coriander – 1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds – 1/4 cup
Chopped onion – 1/4 cup
Lemon – 1
Amchur- 1/2 cup
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp
Water – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste

How to make Dal Moth Chaat
To make healthy dal moth chaat, first wash and soak the dal. Now extract the water and tie it in a cloth.
Boil it for a minute when sprouts come out.
Then drain the water from the lentils and mix all the spices.
Add lentils, chopped potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions to a bowl.
Then mix it well with pomegranate seeds, all spices, salt and lemon.
