-1/2 teaspoon black mustard
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
– Salty
– teaspoon of baking soda
– 2 teaspoons of oil
-3-4 curry leaves
How to make Rajasthani Makki Dhokla-
To make Rajasthani makki ka dhokla first take a big bowl and add corn flour, red chilli powder, cumin, fennel, turmeric powder and coriander powder in it. Now add green peas, finely chopped green chillies, baking soda and coriander leaves to this mixture. After that, slowly add water to it, knead a soft dough and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Now break small balls from this dough and make round balls and make a hole in the middle with your finger. Now steam the dhoklas for another 10-15 minutes or until soft and spongy. Your Rajasthani Makki Dhokla is ready. Serve with moong dal and mint chutney.
