To make ginger garlic paneer, first cut the paneer into small pieces. Now mix everything well with tomato sauce, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste in a bowl and add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. Now mix the chopped paneer pieces well in this prepared mixture and keep it for half an hour. Now heat oil in a pan on low flame. When the oil is hot, deep fry the paneer pieces dipped in the spices.
