To prepare red hot chutney with momo, first soak 5-6 Kashmiri scallions (badi wali) in lukewarm water and leave for a while. If you don’t have Kashmiri red pepper, you can use whole red pepper.
Now add kashmiri red chilli powder, 1-2 tomatoes, 7-8 garlic cloves, add little water in the mixer jar and run the mixer for a while. Now heat a little oil in a pan, strain this mixture of red chutney through a sieve and stir continuously.
