Regular consumption of it increases the risk of serious diseases like heart attack. This nutrient works to boost our body’s immune system, with many cells becoming active. Renowned Indian nutritionist ‘Nikhil Bhats’ told ZEE NEWS what foods to eat to get omega-3 fatty acids.

These things get omega-3 fatty acids

1. Flaxseed

Hemp seeds are considered a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. If you want to eat it, grind these seeds to make a powder or eat after making laddoos with the seeds.

2. Walnuts

Talking about dry fruits, walnuts are considered to be good for health, consuming them will not deficient in omega-3 fatty acids in your body. Remember that walnuts are hot in nature, so don’t overeat them in summer.

3. Eggs

We often eat eggs for breakfast, due to which energy remains intact throughout the day. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are very good for heart health.

4. Cow’s milk

Milk is an important part of our daily diet, but if you want to get the most benefits from it, consume more cow’s milk, as it also contains omega-3 fatty acids.

5. Soybeans

We eat soybeans as a protein-rich food, but they also provide omega-3 fatty acids. In India, it is cooked and eaten as a vegetable, you can also use soybean oil if you want.
