2 papads
1 cup brine

1 small onion
1 small tomato
4 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Chaat masala as needed
Black salt as needed
2 Tablespoons Bundi
2 green chillies
Step 1/4 Cut the vegetables
First, cut onions, tomatoes and green chillies into small pieces. Place them in a container.
Step 2/4 Prepare the mixture
Now add salt mixture to it. You can use aloo bhujia, bombay mix, khatta mitha or any other namkin of your choice. To make the stuffing add lemon juice, coriander leaves, black salt, chaat masala, bundi and mix well.
Step 3/4 Fry the papads
Cut the papad in half and fry in a non-stick pan. Once cooked, fold each half into a cone and hold for a few seconds so they hold their shape.
Step 4/4 Complete and serve
