How to make Mung Bhajia – Just for your information, first soak the mung in water. Now when the mung beans swell well, take them out of the water. Then grind the soaked mung beans in a mixer along with garlic and green chillies. Now when all the ingredients are finely ground, mix the mung bean paste with turmeric, onion, salt and green coriander.
Once everything is mixed well, heat the pan with oil on gas on the other side as well. Now when the oil is hot, make round mung dal pakoras and deep fry them. Once the pakoras are ready, take them on a plate and serve with hot tea.
