Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cheese – 2 cups
Rock salt – as per taste

Desi Ghee – 4 tsp

1. First mix the buckwheat flour in a bowl. Then add rock salt to it.
2. Next, add coriander powder, cumin seeds to the mixture.
3. Finely chop the coriander.
4. Then cut the cheese into squares in a bowl.
5. Add coriander, green chillies, red chillies to the buckwheat mixture.
6. Mix all the ingredients well and prepare a solution.
7. Make sure the mixture is thick so that it adheres well to the cheese.
8. Dip the cheese into the buckwheat flour.
9. Add ghee to a pan and heat well.
10. Then add paneer one by one. Dip the cheese well in the mixture and fry it in a pan.
11. Similarly, deep fry the remaining paneer with the mixture in a pan.
12. When it turns brown, take out the cheese on a plate.
13. Your cheese pakoras are done. Serve on a serving plate.
