How to make Vegetable Balls-
Take finely chopped and grated vegetables like onion, carrot, cabbage, corn, cauliflower, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix well. Now mix everything well with salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste. Add the corn flour to the vegetables and mix well, so that the mixture is well formed. Take small balls from the mixture and roll them between your hands to form balls.
