Difference between anxiety attack and panic attack

Exams, problems at work, health problems, relationship problems, constant stress can lead to anxiety attacks. It usually develops slowly. Especially when a person feels anxious. On the other hand, the symptoms of a panic attack are similar to those of an anxiety attack, but it can happen suddenly. Panic attacks can be uncontrollable and can occur even during sleep. Negative feelings come during a panic attack. Panic attacks get better after 5 to 20 minutes. Whereas anxiety attacks can take longer to recover from.

Manage anxiety with these tips

First, it is important to understand the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Headache, sleep problems, overeating are some of the symptoms that should be taken care of from the start.

If there is stress or anxiety for any reason, think about it seriously. Try not to think about it and seek expert advice if it becomes more of a problem.

Eating a healthy diet improves mental health and reduces the risk of anxiety. You eat home cooked meals. Avoid eating junk food. Be sure to include fruits and vegetables in the diet.

You can do meditation, yoga, exercise and other physical activities to manage stress and anxiety. In addition, some therapies can also relieve it.

Spend time with friends and family. People can find other people who can provide emotional and practical support. If there are financial problems, consult an expert and make the right strategy.
